We offer a wide range of services to meet every type of industry.

We build a core foundation for  students to be successful in the market place by addressing "their needs".

Pre-Employment: ... 16 week class description below: 

Weeks 1-4

Goals:
• Becoming part of a team and its values 
• Make your team members successful 
• Understanding the company’s relationship to you 
• How teams are all around us

  • Framing the problem
  • Research / Plan the  problem 
  • Problem-solving process 
Goals:
• Understand the problem-solving process
• See the positive effect of working as a team 
• See the assumptions & core values of my mind-set 
• Begin my journey in developing my attitude 
• Be able to articulate my thoughts to others. 

Goals:
• Articulate the min-set of ownership thinking
• Understand the history of work & the relationship of the worker to the organization … How does it get better?
• Understand about my social skills and how does it make me better
• How do I describe my brand and its relationship to finding employment 

Goals:
• Think like a business owner
• Understand the issues of a company
• Understand financial literacy 
• Develop my thinking skills ( creative & critical thinking), questioning, system thinking and reflection. 
• Ready to enter the work market and be an excellent owner
